
Ruth Montenegro
Office Manager/Paralegal
Since joining the Kunnatha team in 2022, Ruth Montenegro works closely with the attorneys and paralegals to provide the support necessary to ensure that each client’s case culminates in success. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University in 2007, Ruth has had the opportunity to be exposed to different fields of law including Immigration and Criminal Law. The years of training, learning, and experience has led her to her current dual role as Office Manager and Paralegal. As such, she is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of employees and clients alike.
A California native of Salvadoran background, Ruth has called Georgia her home for many years now. She is fluent in Spanish, and is fascinated about other cultures and languages. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and her precious dog, gardening, and hiking.

Karla Franco
Paralegal
Karla Franco has served as the main pre-litigation Paralegal since joining Kunnatha Injury Lawyers in 2022. As such, she is at the forefront providing excellent and personalized customer care as she handles client’s cases from beginning to end. After receiving her Paralegal Studies certification in 2018, she worked in other law firms over the years, gaining extensive experience in the personal injury field. Karla is a Georgia native who spent several years studying in her family’s home country of Guatemala, where she became fluent in Spanish.
It is apparent through her work that Karla’s driven and meticulous traits combined with her gentle and altruistic nature make her uniquely qualified to help our seriously injured clients and an asset to the Kunnatha team. In her spare time, Karla enjoys watching documentaries, walks in the park, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Magaly Luviano
Paralegal
Magaly Luviano joined Kunnatha Injury Lawyers in 2019 as a Legal Assistant. She is currently attending Georgia State University, majoring in Political Science and eventually plans to attend law school. After growing into her current role as a Paralegal, Magaly works closely with our clients and attorneys to ensure that each client’s case receives the attention necessary to succeed. She embodies our firm’s mission by being dedicated, motivated, eager to learn, and always happy to help. Her high energy and professionalism have been a proven asset in providing superior service to our clients. When Magaly is not supporting our clients, she enjoys traveling, and values quality time with her family and friends.

Yolanda Salazar
Litigation Paralegal
Yolanda Salazar joined Kunnatha Injury Lawyers in August 2021 as a Litigation Paralegal. Yolanda earned her Paralegal degree in 1987, and started her career with a Personal Injury law firm in San Diego. For the last 24 years, she worked at the California Attorney General’s office, Department of Justice, as a Civil Litigation Paralegal handling Tort cases. Yolanda was part of the mass tort team handling large litigation cases, and she has extensive experience preparing cases for trial.
At Kunnatha Injury Lawyers, Yolanda assists with all aspects of Civil Litigation and prepares the cases for trial. Yolanda speaks Spanish, and she is dedicated to serving our seriously injured clients and their families.
Yolanda is excited to be in Georgia, and she is enjoying the southern hospitality and Georgia’s beautiful nature.

Ivania Lagunes Ramos
Legal Assistant
Ivania Lagunes Ramos joined the Kunnatha team in early 2022. She was born in Veracruz, Mexico, emigrated to the United States in 2012 and has resided in Atlanta ever since. She is a Norcross High School graduate and is currently majoring in International Business at Georgia Gwinnett College. Ivania plays a key role in being the firm’s records retrieval specialist and is meticulous about her work. With her resourcefulness and caring nature, she offers her full assistance to the attorneys and paralegals to help carry out our firm’s mission. In her free time, Ivania enjoys sewing, spending time with friends and family, and the outdoors.

Karina Barradas
Accountant
Karina Barradas is a native of Veracruz, Mexico, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, she earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mercer University after moving to Atlanta in 1998. For over 20 years Karina has helped countless companies establish and grow their businesses. She has held various positions for several companies, including HR, payroll, bookkeeping and tax preparation. For a number of years, Karina has proven to be a key player at Kunnatha Injury Lawyers –serving different roles with meticulousness and professionalism. In her free time, she enjoys music, attending concerts, and traveling.
